Who we are

BullKarma ("BullKarma", "we", "us", or "our") is an independent research and data platform for Indian markets, operated from India. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bullkarma.com, related subdomains (including news.bullkarma.com), and related tools and content (together, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or signing in, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law to use the Service. The Service is intended for users in India and elsewhere who understand that securities and mutual fund information relates primarily to Indian markets.

Informational use only

BullKarma provides financial data, research tools, screeners, analytics, educational material, and related content for general information and education. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, mutual fund, or other financial product.

Regulatory status (India)

BullKarma is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, stock broker, portfolio manager, mutual fund, or any other SEBI intermediary. We do not provide personalised investment advice, research reports within the meaning of SEBI Research Analyst regulations, or execution or brokerage services.

Features such as Find stocks, rankings, filters, comparisons, sector metrics, financial statement views, mutual fund tools, news, and AI-assisted research responses are general, non-personalised tools and content. They are not based on your risk profile, KYC, investment objectives, or financial situation, and must not be treated as a buy, sell, or hold recommendation.

No advisory relationship

Use of BullKarma does not create an adviser–client, research analyst–client, broker–client, or fiduciary relationship. You are solely responsible for your investment and financial decisions. Consider consulting a SEBI-registered investment adviser or other qualified professional before acting on any information shown here.

You use the Service entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for judging the accuracy, completeness, and suitability of anything shown here, for verifying it against original sources, and for any decision you make or do not make as a result. You accept the risk of loss that comes with using market data and research tools.

Data accuracy and completeness

Figures are derived from exchange filings, market data feeds, public disclosures, and automated processing. They may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Ratios, comparisons, operational metrics, and other derived figures are computed from available inputs and may not match other sources. Always verify material figures against original disclosures (for example NSE, BSE, or company filings) before relying on them.

Past performance

Historical returns, NAV changes, and trailing metrics are not indicative of future results. Mutual fund and equity performance can vary significantly over time. Markets involve risk of loss, including loss of principal.

AI-assisted features

Some summaries, research responses, and related outputs may be generated or assisted by language models. These outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or fabricated, and should not be treated as verified facts, research reports, or personalised guidance. You remain responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.

Accounts

If you sign in (for example with Google), you must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users.

Service availability

We may add, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service — including any feature, data set, page, or plan — at any time, with or without notice. We do not promise that the Service will be available, uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, and we are not liable to you for any change to the Service or for any period during which it is unavailable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of securities or other laws; (b) scrape, crawl, bulk download, or systematically extract data from the Service except as we expressly allow; (c) resell, republish, or redistribute Service data or content as a competing data product without our prior written consent; (d) reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service; (e) attempt to bypass access controls or rate limits; or (f) misuse AI or research features to generate misleading market communications.

Intellectual property and licence

The Service, including software, design, trademarks (including BullKarma), compilations, and original content we create, is owned by us or our licensors. Underlying market and filing data may be owned by exchanges, companies, or other third parties. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal or internal informational use, subject to these Terms. No other rights are granted.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or ideas about the Service, we may use them for any purpose without restriction, attribution, or payment to you.

Third-party services and links

The Service may rely on or link to third-party providers (hosting, authentication, analytics, language-model providers, exchanges, and others). We are not responsible for third-party sites, services, or data except as required by law. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms.

Disclaimers (as is)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BullKarma, its operator, and any persons acting on their behalf, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or investment losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the total amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. If you have not paid us any amount for the Service, we will have no monetary liability to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BullKarma and its operator from and against claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.

Fees

Some features may be free; others may require payment in the future. If paid plans are offered, prices, taxes (including GST where applicable), billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be shown at the point of purchase and will form part of these Terms.

Privacy

How we collect and use personal information — including account data, contact details, and usage analytics (Google Analytics) — is described in our Privacy policy. That notice is separate from these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service or law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may also be highlighted in the product or by email where we have an address for you. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.

General

Severability. If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be narrowed or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of these Terms will continue in full force.

Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. They replace any earlier understanding, representation, marketing material, or statement about the Service.

No waiver. If we do not enforce a term of these Terms on any occasion, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer or assign these Terms, in whole or in part, to any person or entity that takes over the operation of the Service, including on a change in the legal structure through which the Service is operated.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you, courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service. You and we will first try to resolve disputes informally via our Contact page.
